Chickweed & Calendula Calming Salve is explicitly developed to deal with aggravated and irritated skin conditions. This potent topical blend is applied for relief and healing of irritated, inflamed, chapped, dry and itchy skin associated with eczema, bug bites, minor burns, rash & scars. The key herbal components in this mix are chickweed, licorice and calendula with added natural benefits of dandelion, helichrysum, ginger and St. John’s wort. Specialty oils like grapeseed, argan, babassu, hempseed, and jojoba oils are used for herbal infusions selected due to their natural abilities. Additionally, tamanu and apricot kernel oil contribute to this powerful mix to aid in healing, improving and promoting regeneration of skin tissues while supporting skin soothing and hydration. Mango and cocoa butters are ideal for treating dry or damaged skin acting as skin emollient, softening and soothing at the same time. Aloe Vera and witch hazel provide additional benefits for treating skin irritations, minor burns and bug bites. Manuka honey acts as a natural soothing humectant enhancing hydration and helping regeneration of damaged skin cells. Depending on the skin type, this salve may be on the oily side when first applied. It also works as a skin-soothing agent after Tattoo care.

The results from applying Chickweed & Calendula Calming Salve will be different from person to person.
Smaller amounts of essential oils are used to make this salve suitable for young children. However, caution should be taken if using for children under 2 year of age.
Do not use this salve if you have any chickweed or tree nut allergies. A small patch test is recommended to ensure absence of allergic reaction.
Apply to affected areas as often as 3 times per day for relief, especially after washing or bathing.

Botanicals
